TRUCK DRIVER STRUCK BY SPEEDING CAR IN MESQUITE, TX
Early one morning, our client was traveling on I-20 in Mesquite, Texas in a work vehicle at the direction of his employer. As he was traveling in the center lane, another driver approached our client from behind while traveling at an unreasonable speed.
The other driver moved into the far right lane, swung back into the left lane, and crashed into the back of our client’s truck. The impact caused the truck to flip onto its side, causing severe injuries to our client.
Our attorney argued that our client’s injuries were the direct result of the negligent actions of the other driver.
